Scope of Service
Medical SEO provides ongoing search engine optimization services focused on:
Google Business Profile optimization
Local visibility improvements
Website content & on-page optimization
We do not provide paid advertising services.
No Guarantees
SEO outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
We do not guarantee:
Specific rankings
A fixed number of patients
Revenue outcomes
We do guarantee consistent execution within the agreed scope.
We only take one general dentist per 5-mile radius to ensure there is no conflict of interest
If your Google Maps visibility hasn’t improved by Day 91, we work for free.
Timeframe
SEO is a long-term process.
Meaningful results typically appear over several months.
Payment & Commitment
Services are billed monthly
Minimum commitment: 6 months
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information
Grant required access (GBP, website)
Respond within reasonable timeframes
Termination
After the minimum term of 6 months, either party may cancel with 30 days’ notice.
